Volunteer employees from ABS-CBN Foundation, Bayan Telecommunication, First Balfour, and Rockwell were trained under the Phase 2 of Family Planning in the Workplace program of Lopez Group Foundation Inc. (LGFI) in partnership with Private Sector Mobilization for Family Health (or PRISM). They learned interpersonal skills particularly in listening and assessing what family planning information will be most relevant to common queries.

There are twenty-two (22) peer volunteers trained in Phase 2 and around 100 trained in Phase 1 of the program (the first batch are from ABS-CBN Broadcasting, First Sumiden, Meralco, Skycable, and Tollways Management Corp.).
