The art community has shown solidarity to support the environment. Artists gathered in Pinto Art Museum in Antipolo City last August 19 to mark the museum’s partnership with the Energy Development Corporation (EDC) in saving premium rare and threatened native tree species.
More than a thousand native seedlings and fruit-bearing trees were planted by First Balfour employees in a company-wide tree planting activity simultaneously held in Ilocos Norte, Rizal, Batangas, Leyte, and Albay last June 23.
The Lopez Library at the ground floor of Benpres Building, Exchange Road cor. Meralco Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City is open and welcomes researchers until further notice. However, the Lopez Museum will be CLOSED in preparation for the institutions relocation.
