Another round of meaningful partnership” is how to best describe the upcoming PRIVATE SECTOR MOBILIZATION FOR FAMILY HEALTH PROJECT-PHASE 2 (PRISM 2) of the Lopez Group Foundation, Inc. Still with the support of the USAID-PRISM 2, the new project was discussed last March 21 by the representatives of PRISM 2 and the Department of Health - NCR at the FPHC Boardroom, 4th Floor Benpres Bldg. The meeting was attended by five (5) Lopez Group (LG) companies namely: First Sumiden Circuits Inc., Rockwell Corp., BayanTel, Energy Development Corp. and ABS-CBN Foundation. The discussion centred on how to best improve the participation of these LG companies in the family planning in the workplace (FPW) program to ensure maximum benefit for its employees. PRISM 2 will continue supporting family planning information and service provision to participating companies within the Lopez Group. The project will start hopefully by mid-May through a baseline data study that would identify the need and the modality of service provision specific to each LG company.
